Agreement

By using this website or requesting a booking with Charming Daisy, you agree to these terms and any booking agreement presented at checkout.

Services

Charming Daisy provides Victorian tea party experiences including packages, china, teas, and optional add-ons. Charming Daisy does not offer food — tea service and a styled table experience only. You are welcome to bring food for your guests. Descriptions on the site are informational; the booking summary and agreement control the contracted services.

Accounts & accuracy

You agree to provide accurate contact and event information. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials if you create a customer login.

Payments

Deposits and balances are due according to your booking timeline. A 25% deposit reserves your date. Payments are processed by our payment partner. Fees, taxes, and travel charges may apply as shown in your quote.

Policies

Bookings are also subject to our cancellation, rental & damage, and privacy policies.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charming Daisy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use or event circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Food

Charming Daisy does not offer food. We provide tea service, heirloom china, linens, and a styled table experience only. You are welcome to bring food for your guests.
