Charming Daisy does not offer food. We provide tea service, heirloom china, linens, and a styled table experience only. You are welcome to bring food for your guests.
Where do you host tea parties?+
Charming Daisy brings a Victorian tea experience to homes, gardens, and intimate venues in our local service area. Travel fees may apply outside our complimentary radius.

How many guests can you accommodate?+
Guest counts depend on the package. The Petite Tea includes 10 guests, The Classic Tea includes 30, and The Grand Victorian Tea includes 60. Additional tea settings are $5 per person.

How do deposits and payments work?+
A 25% deposit is required to secure your date after you complete the party builder and agreement. Remaining balances are due according to your booking timeline. Payments are processed securely online. Cancellations made 90 or more days before the event are eligible for a refund of the deposit.

Can I customize china and teas?+
Yes. Start with a package, then choose china collections, teas, and add-ons such as extra teapots, lunch or dinner place settings, serving pieces, and a Spill the Tea table. Live pricing updates as you design so totals stay clear. Charming Daisy does not offer food.

Is setup and cleanup included?+
Yes. Every package includes delivery, set up, service, and clean up. Petite includes one server, Classic includes two, and Grand Victorian includes three.

What if the weather changes for an outdoor tea?+
We'll discuss indoor alternatives and timing flexibility when you book an outdoor gathering. Contingency plans are part of a calm celebration.

Are children welcome?+
Absolutely. Many celebrations include younger guests. Additional tea settings are $5 per person, and lunch or dinner place settings can be added when you want a fuller place at the table for food you provide.

How far in advance should I book?+
Popular weekends fill quickly. We recommend booking as soon as your date is firm. Each package lists a minimum booking notice requirement.

Can I change my booking after reserving?+
Changes may be possible before the modification cutoff listed on your package and agreement. Some adjustments affect pricing or inventory availability.

What happens if china is damaged?+
Heirloom pieces are handled with care. Accidental damage is addressed under our rental and damage policy, with clear replacement values.

Can I bring my own florist or photographer?+
Yes. We also share preferred vendors who understand tea-party timing and styling if you'd like recommendations.

Do you serve alcohol?+
Our service focuses on tea. A stacked lemonade and iced tea dispenser can be added for $5, including iced tea spoons.

Do you charge for travel?+
Service within our complimentary radius has no travel fee. Beyond that radius, a transparent travel fee may apply based on distance.

Can I add extra time or extra place settings?+
Yes. Additional tea settings are $5 per person. Extra hours are $40 for The Petite Tea, $70 for The Classic Tea, and $100 for The Grand Victorian Tea. Other table extras — extra teapots, lunch or dinner place settings, serving pieces, and a Spill the Tea table — are listed under Enhance Your Experience.
