Rental & Damage Policy

Heirloom china and table pieces are handled with care — and we ask guests to do the same.

Care during the event

Teacups, saucers, tiered stands, glassware, and linens are provided for use during your scheduled celebration. Please avoid using pieces outdoors in high wind or unsafe surfaces unless our team has approved the setting.

Normal wear

Ordinary wear from careful use is expected. We do not charge for minor, non-structural wear consistent with tea service.

Loss or damage

If an item is lost, broken, or damaged beyond ordinary wear, replacement or repair charges may apply based on documented replacement values for that inventory. Charges will be communicated clearly and processed according to your booking agreement.

Client-provided items

Charming Daisy is not responsible for loss or damage to client-owned décor, gifts, or personal property left at the venue.
